Our Theory of Action

If district leaders focus on coherence between school and district based leadership committees, teams, and structures, then we will have clear communication with decreased variability between schools, departments, and classrooms.

If building leaders prioritize coherent and consistent systems and structures for authentic, data driven reflection on student learning, then we will have a shared understanding of the steps necessary for continuous improvement.

If teachers leverage their expertise and continuous learning of strong Tier 1 instruction to set high expectations for students balanced with appropriate scaffolds, then we will see increased student engagement and improved academic outcomes for students.

If students reflect on their mastery of skills and competencies and set meaningful, personalized learning goals, then we will see increased student agency for their learning.
